Bio

Mike is an environmental land management and nature finance professional with over twenty years of experience developing, delivering and managing natural capital projects in the agricultural and environmental sector.

He has worked nationally within the public, charitable and private sectors and with policy makers on a variety of projects, from whole-farm agri-environment schemes to creating some of the first habitat banks and nutrient mitigation schemes. Prior to setting up Nature Recovery Partners Ltd, Mike was managing director of Albanwise Environment Ltd and managing director of Norfolk Farming & Wildlife Advisory Group. He was also one of the early strategic advisers to the Wendling Beck Environment Project in Norfolk and has held senior roles with Natural England and The Land Trust.
